Munakka or Raisin is basically a variety of dehydrated or dried grapes. It is treated as extremely healthy in traditional Indian medicine and is often recommended as part of the diet to those recovering from chronic illness.
For this, heat 2-3 grams of seeds or powder, 5-7 munakka, and 3-5 anjeer in 400 grams of water. When there is 100 grams of water left, mash it properly, and filter the water. If you want, you can add a little stick of Giloy, 10-11 basil leaves. Take this decoction twice a day.
Black raisins are more natural. Yellow raisins tend to taste a bit sweeter and be a little plumper. Black raisins are more natural, however, as they are dried without sulfur dioxide. Black raisins are also easier to find in some regions.
